BIG ROOM

75-100 people

(6) 60’ round tables,
(4) 6’ long rectangular tables, and 60 chairs are included.

Microwave and sink for renter’s use

Whole Depot

$500

+ cleaning fee

Up to 135 people

Includes both rooms with tables and chairs. Also includes use of patios, walkways, etc.

Only the grounds between 11th Street and RR tracks are included with the Whole Depot Rental
